Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Period

The competition runs from 1 November 2025 to 14 December 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

2. How to Enter

  • Buy any Frey’s product from a participating Econo Foods store during the competition period.
  • Scan the QR code on your till slip or visit the Econo Foods website to enter.
  • Complete the entry form and upload your till slip as proof of purchase.
  • Each valid till slip counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each is accompanied by a separate till slip.

3. Prize

  • There will be one (1) winner who will receive the prize.
  • The prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other items.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be randomly drawn after the competition closing date.
  • The winner will be notified telephonically using the contact details provided upon entry.
  • If the winner cannot be reached within five (5) working days, an alternative winner may be selected.

5. Eligibility

  • Open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Frey’s, Econo Foods, or their associated partners are not eligible to enter.
  • Participants must retain their original till slip as proof of purchase.
  • Only purchases made within South Africa during the competition period qualify.

6. General Terms

  • By entering, participants agree that Frey’s and Econo Foods may use their names and photographs for marketing and publicity without additional compensation.
  • Frey’s and Econo Foods reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
  • Frey’s and Econo Foods reserves the right to change the prize at any point during the promotion period.
  • No responsibility is accepted for entries that are incomplete, illegible, or not received due to technical or other issues.

7. Marketing Communication

  • By entering into this competition you agree that you may be communicated with via email or phone/sms from time to time by Frey’s Foods.

8. Acceptance

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
