OUR PEOPLE
We’re a mixed bag, and we’re proud of it. It’s the mix that gives us our strength and it’s a common obsession for consistently delivering world class products that binds us together. Straight-talkers, sticklers for perfection, and quite simply totally obsessed with all aspects of sourcing, producing and delivering world class products. (To be honest, if you ever get to sit next to one of us at dinner, chances are we will talk ad nauseum about our customer obsession, our product obsession and our goal of being the lowest cost provider. . .which, we admit, could be a
little boring but you’ll thank us when you see the price and experience the magnificent texture and taste of any of the products that come off our lines.
If you think this commitment and attention to detail sounds a little Germanic, you’d be right. Maybe our name gave us away (pronounced Fries, please note). The fact is, we take great pride in being able to offer quality meat products, prepared in the classic German tradition.
